Whether you are a seasoned real estate auctioneer or a new auctioneer contemplating conducting real estate auction foreclosures, this presentation will be certain to include valuable information and details.  The legal process and requirements relating to foreclosures impacts all of us as auctioneers. Please join your colleagues on April 6th as we welcome two guest presenters.  

Attorney Laura A. Mann has decades of experience with real estate foreclosures across Massachusetts.  Laura has graciously agreed to share her expertise emphasizing the legal intricacies of real estate foreclosures.   She has represented both small and large financial institutions as well as private lenders.

Auctioneer Paul T. Zekos has facilitated foreclosure auctions for lenders throughout the state over the last twenty-five years.  He has extensive experience selling commercial property, residential dwellings and raw land.
